The typical pattern we see is illustrated in this photo: complete loss of enamel on the insides of the upper front teeth, causing a yellowing of the teeth. You’ll also notice missing enamel on the upper bicuspids. Also, you can see the incisal edges become more thin translucent and they begin to chip away.
