I cracked my tooth root, but didn’t take care of it right away. As a result, there was bone loss. I want to have a dental implant put in, but don’t have enough bone to do it. Will this bone grow back?

If you are otherwise healthy, you can have bone grafted into that area in order to have dental implants. Not all dentists who do implants have bone grafting expertise. I don’t know what the laws are like in Scotland as far as training requirements, but you could certainly call around to local dentists and see who has experience with bone grafting. It is not a difficult procedure.
