I have a tooth with one that is crooked right behind it. I hope you can picture this. The one that needs replacing is in front and the crooked one comes behind it a little. What do you recommend as a permanent replacement?

Basically you have two permanent options to replace a missing tooth: a dental implant or a dental bridge. If you’re fine with the crooked tooth, I would recommend a dental implant to replace the tooth that needs to come out. If the crooked tooth bothers you, you can get the dental bridge and then get a crown placed on it that can shave it down and make it appear straight.
